Partners with research institute to aid in successful mid-career changes

Santa Cruz, Calif. - May 28, 2008 - Bio Career Center (www.biocareercenter.com) an online job board and careers tool site for life-science professionals, has partnered with Turning Points Research Institute who has developed Career Navigator – a new product to help those in the life science sector transition within their fields with success – to launch this new online product to its community.

"Career Navigator has been used in career courses for years in many universities," said Nick Folger, president of Bio Career Center. "Only recently has it become available online, and we are excited to be a part of its launch into the postgraduate life sciences field."

Career Navigator offers a deep, internal look at values, knowledge, experiences and mission to those changing professional directions. It is a structured self-assessment tool that leads to a career plan, goals and mission statement. Career Navigator includes a companion book and a 1 year renewable subscription to the user’s data.
